Well, you probably don't know but I'm working on publishing my old-time RPG which I named Elthos. El (as in God) and thos (as in my-thos)... so it's the mythos of God. Kind of. Anyway that's the premis. It's like the fairytale of God. Sort of. Ok I'm rambling. This probably is bad marketing. hehe. But anyway I'm very excited about my project. I've been working on it for years. I started in 1978 with my core rules which are basically the same. Then in 1994 I began teaching myself programming (and made a career out of it) so I could program my game system. In 1996 I had a prototype in VB6. Not bad. By 2000 it was quite beefy. Then I changed tack completely in 2006 when I founded (with Jarod and Guild) the Literary Role Playing Game Society of Westchester (search on yahoo groups for LRPGSW if you want). At that point I decided we need a very ultra-light-weight version of an RPG so we could sit in a pub (where we meet monthly) and experiment with new ideas. And so was born the "One Die System" (ODS) which uses one six sided die to play the entire game. The rules book is 29 pages (including print sheets, introduction, and a wee bit of Gamemsastering advice). Annnnyway... it's been an awesome hobby so far! I'm in love with my game!! I want to marry it! oh. Um... ok, never mind that now. Um... ok... that was a bit over the top. But I love my game anyway.

Yay!
